To join the Council, please download the form on the tab above.

 

After downloading the pdf, you can either:

1. print the form and fax it to Mark Megalos  (919)-515-6883

or

2. email the form. To complete the form electronically, copy the pdf information into a word processing document using the 'camera' or 'snapshot tool' in the tool bar.  Select the text and then paste it into a 'Word' or similar word processing document, fill out the form and email it as attachment to Mark Megalos.

What will happen after you join?

 

If you are part of an official group, we'll add the entity to the membership list, otherwise you will be grouped under one of the 'private groups' already listed.

 

We will also add you to our email list and you will hear about annual meetings and unusual events.
